John Schwulst has practiced in Bloomington, Illinois, for 40 years. He is a longtime member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the McLean County Bar Association. His law practice includes criminal defense, family law, estate planning, real estate, construction and business law, and other niche areas.
Todd Roseberry joined John Schwulst in practice in 1998. As a partner in the firm, his areas of practice include divorce and family law, criminal law, real estate and landlord-tenant law, wills and estates, personal injury, and business contracts and collections. Mr. Roseberry is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the McLean County Bar Association.
